N2  - The purpose is determination of conditions accompanying non specific lower back pain. Holistic assessment is emphasized that is important in treatment of chronic pain. January-March period through 2014, admitted patients to our clinic because of the complaint of non specific chronic low back pain, the accompanying conditions are being evaluated.Considering the accomanying conditions to the chronic lower back pain; gastrointestinal dysfunction in the first frequency (60%) , the second most common anxiety (40%), the third frequency interference field (36 %) were identified.Interference field and corrections of gastrointestinal symptoms can be resolved with the integrated neural therapy. There are successful results are obtained by accurate determination of the etiology and applications of integrated neural therapy the treatment of accompanying conditions in non specific chronic lower back pain
