N2  - Pulmonary arterivenous malformation are rare vascular abnormalities of the lung. Altough most patients are asymptomatic, AVM's can cause right to left shunt and this can lead dyspnea, hemoptysia or haemothorax. The vast majority of pulmonary AVM cases are related to Rendu- Osler-Weber Syndrome. Two cases admitted to our hospital chest x-ray and thoracic CT scans were detected. In further investigations, pulmonary AVM was diagnosed. It is presented in the light of pertinent literature because it is rarely seen and take aplace in the differential diagnosis of lung tumors.
