In the study, which proved different pharmacological effects of the different uses of nigella will be discussed both the natural anti-oxidant as well as other properties. In recent years, both in our country and the Middle East Nigella is an important spice is considered by alternative medicine, the content of thymoquinone has anti-cancerogen impact. Black seed oil has emerged in the sample Tutankhamen’s grave finds. This evidence indicates that black seed used since ancient times. Because of healing and purifying effects, there are tips on used by Cleopatra. Dioscorides used a pain reliever and anthelmintic, Hippocrates used it for liver and digestive system diseases. Besides scientific research, there are sayings of Mohammed that clearly underlines the significance of Nigella sativa. According to a hadith narrated by Abu Hurerah, he says that "I have heard Hazrat Mohammad saying that the black granules (Kalonji) are the remedy for all diseases except death". This hadith is meaningful in terms of the faithful masses. Today's modern medicine works different group of diseases from the effects of stimulant treatment plant Nigella. Black cumin seeds and black seed oil are assumed to be the prevention of various diseases the source as a healing alternative medicine in the future.
