Patients usually present with unilaterallocalized dorsal wrist swelling and pain that increase with movement. Direct radiographicand other imaging methods are used for diagnosis. Cautious evaluation of theradiological findings is substantial, because the management of the diseasedepends on radiological stage. Here, we present a 46-year-old woman with rheumatoidarthritis who admitted to the outpatient clinicof our hospital, because of pain, swelling and limitation of movement in theleft wrist. We want to draw attention Kienbock's disease in patient with rheumatoid arthritis. Hastalargenellikle hareket ile artan ağrı ve unilateral el bilek ekleminin dorsalyüzünde lokalize ödem ile kliniğe başvururlar. Tanı amaçlı direkt radyografilerve diğer görüntüleme metotları kullanılır. Hastalığın tedavi ve takibinde radyolojikevreleme önemli olduğu için, radyografik bulguların dikkatli bir şekildedeğerlendirilmesi oldukça temeldir. Bu yazıda, el bileği ekleminde hareketkısıtlanması, ağrı ve ödem şikayetleriyle ile polikliniğe başvuran Romatoid Artrittanılı 46 yaşında bir olgu sunulmuştur.
