Main complaints of patients are weakness, fatigue, jointpain, and sweating. Musculoskelatal system involvement is the most seencomplication. In this case report, we aimed to draw attention to a brucellarspondylitis and spondylodiscitis case who does not have any complaints aboutthe involvement of musculoskeletal system. Hastaların ana şikayetlerihalsizlik, iştahsızlık, eklem ağrısı ve terlemedir. Kas iskelet sistemitutulumu en fazla görülen komplikasyonudur. Bu olgu sunumunda kas iskeletsistemi tutulumu ile ilgili şikayetleri olmayan bir hastada tespit edilenbruselloza bağlı spondilit ve spondilodiskit olgusuna dikkat çekmekamaçlanmıştır.
