AB  - Psikanaliz insan bilinçaltı hakkındaki bilgi kaynaklarını inceleyen ve rüyalarımızda saklanan arzularımızın tatminiyle uğraşan bir metottur. Rüyalar gibi, şiir de zihinsel aktivitelerle oluşur. Örneğin, Freud’un rüyalar ve gündüz fantezileri arasında yaptığı benzetme edebiyatın amacına katkıda bulunan ilginç bir işarettir. Bu makalede psikanaliz ve edebiyat/nazım, rüyalar ve şiir, ve rüya gören ve şair arasındaki ilişki tartışılmaya çalışıldı. Ayrıca bu makale edebiyatın/nazımın nasıl bizlere bir terapi olduğunu kanıtlamak amacıyla “şiirsel görüş” ve “şiirsel delilik” terimlerini de vurgulamaktadır
