N2  - The honey which is produced by the bees, which feed whith the rhododendron family plants that include grayanotoksin is known as mad honey, wad honey or bitter honey in our country. Eating this honey dose dependently can cause a wide spectrum of symptoms, from non specific gastrointestinal symptoms to life threatening bradyarrhythmias, hypotension and central nervous system effects. In this case we discussed a patient who admitted emergency service with dizziness and had Mobitz type 1 block in electrocardiography after more detailed anamnesis and we discovered that our patient had eaten mad honey just one hour before the beginning of the symptoms.
