AB  - Gastrik volvulus hayatı tehdit edebilenve nadir görülen bir durum olmakla birlikte; tanı konulması zor birhastalıktır. Bu hastalık spesifik olmayan abdominal semptomlarlailerleyebileceğinden tanısı gecikebilir veya atlanabilir. Distansiyonun eşlikettiği, epigastriumda ağrı, öğürme, kusma ve kilo kaybı şikâyetleriyle başvuranhastalarda gastrik volvulus ayırıcı tanıda akılda tutulmalıdır. Radyolojikgörüntüleme yöntemlerinden akciğer grafisi ve torakoabdominal bilgisayarlıtomografi tanıya yardımcı olabilir. Paraözefageal fıtığa ikincil olarak gastrikvolvulus için halen kabul edilen tedavi yöntemi minimal invaziv tekniklerdir.Bu yazımızda çok nadir bir tip olan mikst tip gastrik volvuluslu 65 yaşındakierkek hastayı sunmayı amaçladık.

N2  - Although gastric volvulus is ararely occurring and life-threatening entity, it is difficult to diagnose. Asthis disease may progress with non-specific abdominal symptoms, its diagnosismay be delayed or overlooked. It should be kept in mind in the differentialdiagnosis of the patients presenting with complaints of epigastric pain,retching, vomiting and weight loss accompanied by distension. Of theradiological imaging modalities, chest x-ray and thoracoabdominal computerizedtomography may be useful for the diagnosis. Right now accepted modes oftreatment for gastric volvulus secondary to paraesophageal hernia are minimallyinvasive techniques. In the present article, we aimed to present a 65-year-oldmale with mixed type gastric volvulus, a quite rare type of volvulus.
