AB  - Kentlerinçevresel açıdan bozulması ve kentlerde yaşayanların yaşam kalitesinin düşmesinedeni ile günümüzde pek çok ülkede yaşam kalitesinin yükseltilmesine yönelikaraştırmalara ve projelere ağırlık verildiği görülmektedir. Bu kapsamda,Uluslararası Standardizasyon Organizasyonu (ISO), 2014 yılında şehirgöstergeleri için ilk defa ISO 37120 standardını geliştirmiştir. Bu mektupta konunun önemi, standart çerçevesinde değerlendirilmektedir.

N2  - Due to theenvironmental degradation of cities and the decrease in the quality of life ofthe people living in cities, it is observed that research and projects aimingto increase the quality of life in many countries are given weight. In thiscontext, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) developed theISO 37120 standard for the first time in 2014 for city indicators. In thisletter, the importance of the subject is evaluated within the framework of thestandard.
