AB  - Objectives: To establish a normal range of penile anthropometricparameters of infants younger than two years based on their age.Materials and Methods: A total of 573 infants younger than two years wereincluded in our study. Penile length and circumference were measured and thepercentiles were established according to infants age. Variations of penileanthropometry in relation to age and another anthropometric parameters were evaluatedusing multiple linear regression models.Results: The mean stretched penile length ± SD and mean penile circumference ±SD of all infants aged 1to 24 months were 38.82 ± 8.38 and 14.81 ± 3.09 mmrespectively. Stretched penile length and circumference were affected by age,body weight and length (p=0.001). Conclusion: This study provides reference values of stretchedpenile lengths and circumference for Turkish infants younger than 24 months.Our findings suggest that penile measurement abnormalities during routinehealthy children examination may be a clue helping in detecting congenital orendocrine disorders.

N2  - Amaç: 2 yaş altındaki infantlarda; yaşgruplarına göre normal penil antropometrik ölçümlerin değerlendirilmesiamaçlanmıştır.Materyal ve Metot: Bu çalışmaya 2 yaşaltı toplam 573 hasta alındı. Penis uzunluğu ve çapı ölçülerek yaşa görepersantiller belirlendi. Çoklu lineer regresyon modelleri kullanılarak yaşagöre penil antropometri değişkenleri ve diğer antropometrik ölçümlerdeğerlendirildi.Bulgular: 1-24 ay arasıçocuklarda sırasıyla, gergin penil uzunluk ± SD 38,82 ± 8,38 ve penil çap ± SD14,81± 3,09 mm olarak saptandı. Gergin penil uzunluk ve gergin penis çapının;yaş, vücut ağırlığı ve boydan etkilendiği tespit edildi. Sonuç: Bu çalışmada 24 aylıktan küçük Türkçocuklarının gergin penil uzunluk ve çap için referans değerleribelirlenmiştir. Bulgularımız rutin sağlam çocuk muayenesi sırasında doğuştanveya endokrin bozuklukların bir ipucu olabilecek penil ölçüm anormalliklerinintespit edilmesine yardımcı olabileceğini göstermiştir.
