AB  - ÖZETAmaç: Omuz ağrıları, kas iskelet sisteminde bel ve diz ağrılarından sonra en sık görülen üçüncü ağrı nedenidir.Omuz ağrıları yapan hastalıklar arasında en sık neden rotator manşet patolojileridir. Hastaların yaşamkalitesini ileri düzeyde etkileyecek ağrı ve fonksiyon kaybı olmakta ve sıklıkla cerrahi tedavi gerekmektedir.İdeal rotator manşet tamiri ise tartışmalı ve gelişime açıktır. Biz çalışmamızda son zamanlarda geliştirilenhızlı transosseous tamiri sıklıkla kullanılan çift sıra çapa tedavisi ile karşılaştırdık .Materyal ve Metod: Kliniğimizde 2014-2016 yılları arasında rotator manşet tamiri yapılan 36 hasta retrospektifolarak incelendi. Hastaların 17 üne transosseous tamir (Grup 1) 19 una çift sıra dikiş çapa tamiri (Grup2) yapıldı. Hastaların demografik verileri kaydedildi. Gruplar ameliyat öncesi ve sonrası eklem hareket açıklıkları,görsel analog skorları (VAS) ve Amerikan Omuz ve Dirsek Cerrahisi (ASES) skorlama değerleri, cerrahisüre ve komplikasyonlar açısından karşılaştırıldı.Bulgular: Eklem hareket açıklığı, VAS ve ASES puanlama değerlerinde değişim her iki grupta da tatmin ediciydive iki grup arasında istatistiksel olarak (sırasıyla p:0.822, p:0.517, p:0.416,) anlamlı fark bulunamadı.Cerrahi süre ve komplikasyonlar açısından da hızlı transosseous grupta üstünlük gözlenmedi (p:0.723).Sonuç: Hızlı transooseos tamirle ilgili literaturde az olmakla birlikte artroskopik çalışmalar yapılmış ve çiftsıra ankor ile benzer fonksiyonel sonuçlar bulunmuş. Mini açık olarak ise daha önce çalışma bulunmamaktadır.Bizim çalışmamızda da hızlı transooseous tamir ile çift sıra dikiş çapa tamiri arasında fonksiyonel sonuçlarıve komplikasyon açısından üstünlük gözlenmedi.Anahtar Sözcükler: Rotator manşet yırtığı; Hızlı transosseous dikiş; Çift sıra dikişABSTRACTPurpose: Shoulder pain is the third most common reason of pain after knee and lomber pain . Rotator cuffpathologies are among most common cause of shoulder pain. This pain usually affects patients quality of lifeand decrease their function and as a result patients needs to be operated mostly. Ideal technique for rotatorcuff repair is still unclear. In this study we compared transosseous technique which is a relatively new one,with double row anchor technique which is a frequentl used one.Materials and Methods: Data of 36 patients whom is undergone rotator cuff repair surgery in our clinicbetween 2014 and 2016 analyzed retrospectively. Transosseous repair is done in 17 patients (group 1) anddouble row anchor repair is done in 19 patients (group 2). Demographic data of the patients are recorded.Comparson is made between groups for preoperative and postoperative range of motion, visual analogscale (VAS), American Shoulder and Elbow Surgery(ASES) score, operation time and complications.Results: Range of motion, VAS and ASES scores changes were satisfying for both of the groups anddifference between groups were statistically insinificant (p:0.822, p:0.517, p:0.416 respectively). : There isno superiority of fast transosseous repair in terms of operation time and complications (p:0.723).Conclusion: Literature about fast transosseous repair is limited. Arthroscopic studies that compare fasttransosseous repair and double row repair couldn’t find any functional difference between them. There isno study about mini open surgery. In this study we coudn’t find any difference between functional resultsof double row and transosseous repair.Keywords: Rotator cuff ruptur; Fast transosseous suture; Double row suture
