Obezite, tip-2 diyabet, damar sertliği (ateroskleroz) gibikronik rahatsızlıkların oluşumunun engellenmesi, kilo korunumunun sağlanmasıgibi gerekçeler ile sağlıklı beslenme arayışının bir yönünü de sağlıklıatıştırmalıklar oluşturmaktadır. Atıştırmalıklar her toplumun beslenmesindeönemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Fakat gıda endüstrisi tarafından üretilenatıştırmalık reçetelerinin büyük bir kısmı, yüksek enerji ve düşük besin öğesiiçerikleri nedeniyle optimum beslenmeye katkıları olmadığı yönündedeğerlendirilmektedir. Dolayısıyla üretilmekte olan bu atıştırmalıklarda,reçetelerin yeniden düzenlenmesi bir gereklilik olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Buderlemede öncelikle optimum beslenme yaklaşımı ve beslenme rehberleri, çocuk veergen beslenmesi, sporcu beslenmesi genel hatlarıyla anlatılmış ve atıştırmalıkgıdaların ilgili beslenme şekillerinde yaratmakta olduğu olumsuz etkivurgulanmıştır. Daha sonra atıştırma eyleminin tarihi ve atıştırmalık kültürüanlatılmış, ülkemizde ve dünyada satışa sunulan atıştırmalıklar alanındayapılan düzenlemeler ile sağlıklı atıştırmalıklar alanında yapılan akademikçalışmalar incelenmiştir. However, most recipes of the snacks in thefood industry create excessive calorie amount and unbalanced nutrientcomposition. Recently, importance of nutrition for general protective effectson health such as reducing risk of obesity, type-2 diabetes, atherosclerosisand helping to keep ideal body weight is quite popular to reach every part ofthe society. Healthy snacks are just another point of healthy nutrition forconsumers. In this review, optimum nutrition approach and dietary guidelines,children and adolescence nutrition and sports nutrition expressed in generaland the negative effect of snacks on related nutrition types were emphasized,first.
