uygulamanın birleştiği, kuramsal çerçeveye dayalı bir sağlık disiplinidir.
Kuram ve modellere dayalı olarak sunulan hemşirelik bakımı insan-sağlık
ilişkisinde yol göstericidir. Ayrıca model kullanımı hemşirelik bakımının
sistematize edilmesi açısından önemlidir. “Roy Uyum Modeli” hemşirelik
bakımında sık kullanılan, bireyin uyumunun sağlanmasında etkili olan ve kolay
kullanılabilen bir modeldir. Gebeliğinin 23. haftasında perinatal kayıp yaşayan
bir kadının, yeni durumuna uyumunun değerlendirilmesi ve destekleyici bakım
verilmesi amacıyla bu model kullanılmıştır. Hastanın verileri; fizyolojik alan,
benlik kavramı alanı, rol fonksiyon alanı, karşılıklı bağlılık alanı
