N2  - Child abuse is a problem of humanity and one of the most important reasons of illness and mortality in children. Physician awareness of child abuse findings and informing legal authorities of suspected child abuse is of vital importance. Violence and sexual abuse show a gradual increase once started and continue until the perpetrator is caught. We emphasize that awareness and proper management by specialized doctors and also informing legal authorities are the first steps for saving these children
