N2  - Abstract: Skeletal Class IIImalocclusion is one of the most challenging, complex and difficult problems totreat. Functional orthopedic appliances can produce favorable outcomes duringearly mixed dentition in cases with Class III malocclusion. The purpose of thiscase report was to present a successfully treated 8-years-old female patienthaving skeletal Class III malocclusion due to maxillary retrusion by means of asimple Class III corrector, thebimaxillar prognathism upper plate according to Buño.Key words: ClassIII malocclusion, Class III correctorERKEN SINIF 3 MALOKLUZYONUN BUÑO APAREYİ İLE TEDAVİSİÖzİskeletsel Sınıf IIImalokluzyon tedavisi en zor ve karmaşık problemlerden biridir.
