Gastronomy Tourism is included in developmentplans by destination management organizations and destination managers due toits contributions to tourism destinations in particular as well as widernational economies. This study examines the Gastronomy Strategy and ActionPlan, a theme that has received limited thus far. Qualitative research methodswere used in this study, and content analysis was utilized to analyze data. Fourmain sub-themes (vision, mission, goal-objectives, and action plans), under themain theme, are divided into different categories. The findings of the studyshow that the strategies and action plans adopted by different destinationshave a common set of qualities and similar approaches.
