During quality assurance and calibration, to low the rate of default in these parameters is important in terms of giving the required dose the volume of tissue to be treated. This study was performed experimentally to determine the ionization chambers with more accurate results by comparing dose measurements of ionization chambers used in radiotherapy dosimetry quality assurance. In this study, for 6 MV and 18 MV photon energies of lineer accelerator devices with dose profiles obtained with by ionization chambers of different types the percentage depth dose and depth of maximum dose values have been measured. In 6 MV and 18 MV, maximum difference between ’The BJR Supplement 25 Report’ with % DD values of the device has been seen % 1. For (dmaks) values of the devices, as a result of three type ionization chamber measurements, maximum difference obtained, by % 3 less tolarence by using the markus type ionization chamber in 18 MV energy values. In addition, the dosimetric values of the percentage depth dose and depth of maximum dose found in the tolerance zone according to American Association of Physicist in Medicine (AAPM) CR - Khan F.
