In this study, it is aimed to reach the entire universe by not choosing the sample. It is composed of 220 students who agreed to participate in the study between 2015-2016. For descriptive statistics, chi-square test was used to determine frequency, percentage and difference between groups. The written permissions from the institution to be studied were taken from the students. </span> </p> <p> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:35.45pt;line-height:150%;"> <b> <span lang="en-us" style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;font-family:’Times New Roman’, serif;" xml:lang="en-us">Results: </span> </b> <span lang="en-us" style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;font-family:’Times New Roman’, serif;" xml:lang="en-us"> 25% of the students think that a woman expressing her sexual desire is of a light behavior; 84.5% say that care shall be taken to prevent breakage of the virginal membrane before marriage. 20.0% say that if there is no bleeding during the first sexual intercourse the woman is not a virgin; 24.5% say that a man is as strong as frequently he has intercourse; 10.5% say that a woman, who initiate the intercourse are corrupt. When comparing the students’ gender to the rate of belief in sexual myths, males were found to believe in sexual myths with a higher rate and it was found to be meaningful in terms of statistics (p<0.05). </span> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-bottom:.0001pt;text-align:justify;text-indent:35.45pt;line-height:150%;"> <b> <span lang="en-us" style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;font-family:’Times New Roman’, serif;" xml:lang="en-us">Conclusion: </span> </b> <span lang="en-us" style="font-size:12pt;line-height:150%;font-family:’Times New Roman’, serif;" xml:lang="en-us"> The belief in sexual myths among students is high despite the fact that they receive education in health.
