AB  - Dünyanüfusunun hızla artması, tarım ürünlerine talebi artırmıştır. Tarımda üretimi veverimliliği artırmak için kimyasal girdiler kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Bu durumunüretimi artırmakla birlikte çevre ve insan sağlığını olumsuz etkilemesi üzerineekolojik dengeye zarar vermeyen organik tarım yöntemi geliştirilmiştir. Organiktarımı geliştirmek ve yaygınlaştırmak üzere kullanılan yöntemlerden biri,kümelenme modelidir. Küme aracılığıyla organik tarıma yönelik projelere mali veteknik destekler sağlanmıştır. Gelişmiş ülkeler organik tarımda önemligelişmeler sağlarken; Türkiye’de daha ziyade ihracata dayalı bir gelişmegöstermiştir. Bu araştırmada, Türkiye’de hem bölgesel/yerel kalkınmanınsağlanması hem de organik tarımın gelişmesi için kurulan GAP Organik TarımKümesi incelenmiştir. Konu, GAP Organik Tarım Kümesi aracılığıyla sağlanan malidesteklerin bölgesel/yerel kalkınmaya üretim, istihdam gibi unsurlar bakımındandeğerlendirilmesi ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Nitel araştırma yöntemlerindendoküman analizi ve anket teknikleri ile yapılan çalışmada, GAP Organik TarımKümesi’nin bölgesel kalknımaya üretim ve istihdam gibi yönlerden katkıdabulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.

N2  - The rapidincrease in the world population increased the demand for agriculturalproducts. Chemical inputs have been used to increase production andproductivity in agriculture. Although this situation increases production andadversely affects the environment and human health, organic farming methodwhich does not harm the ecological balance has been developed. One of themethods used to develop and promote organic agriculture is the cluster model.Financial and technical support has been provided for the projects in theorganic agriculture through the cluster. Developed countries provide importantdevelopments in organic agriculture; Turkey has shown an improvement in theexport-driven rather. In this study, Turkey and at regional/local developmentestablished to provide for the development of organic farming as well as GAPOrganic Agriculture Cluster have been investigated. The issue has been limitedby the evaluation of the financial supports provided through the GAP OrganicFarm Cluster in terms of elements such as production and employment inregional/local development. In the study conducted with qualitative researchmethods, document analysis and survey techniques, it was determined that GAPOrganic Agriculture Cluster contributed to regional development in terms ofproduction and employment
