Prospektif, tanımlayıcı nitelikteki bu çalışmaya Ankara genelinde çalışan 112 Acil sağlık </div> <div>hizmetleri personeli dâhil edildi. Katılımcılara ait demografik veriler ve nöbet başlangıcı ile nöbet sonunda </div> <div>yapılan d2 testi puanları istatistiksel olarak karşılaştırıldı. </div> <div>Bulgular: Nöbet öncesinde E toplam puanı ortanca değeri 18 (ÇAG:43) iken vardiya sonunda bu değer 28 </div> <div>(ÇAG= 90) olup aradaki fark istatistiksel olarak anlamlıdır (Z= 8,680,p<0,001). Nöbet öncesinde E hata puanı </div> <div>ortanca değeri 2,7 (ÇAG:6,5) iken vardiya sonunda bu değer 4,3 (ÇAG=13,6) olup aradaki fark istatistiksel </div> <div>olarak anlamlıdır (Z= 8,680,p<0,001). The d2 Attention Test is one of </div> <div>the tools that helps to measure selective attention. 112 ambulance personnel working throughout Ankara </div> <div>are includedinto this prospective and descriptive study. Participants’ demographic data and d2test scores </div> <div>before and after shift is statistically compared. </div> <div>Findings: The difference is statistically significant (Z=8,680,p<0,001), while the median value of E total score </div> <div>is 18(CAG: 43) before the shift and this value is 28(CAG=90) at the end of the shift. At the end of the shift, </div> <div>the median value of E error score is 2.7(CAG: 6.5) before the shift. This difference is 4.3(CA=13.6) and the </div> <div>difference is statistically significant (Z=8.680, p<0.001). At the end of the shift, this value is 269(QOL=90), </div> <div>and the difference is statistically significant (Z=8,680,p<0.001) while the median CP score is 279(CAG:43) </div> <div>before the shift. </div> <div>Result: According to the findings, it is found out that there is a significant difference between the results </div> <div>of d2 test before and after the shift.
