They are always looking foropportunities to diversify their livelihoods in the same economic system byusing various social capital, relation and networks. Focusing on dynamic oflivelihoods diversification, the study focuses that, the current situation ofurban floating labourer can be better analysed. The main aim of the paper was toshed light on more dynamic aspects of livelihoods strategy of urban daily basedwage labourer of Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh. Using ethnographic dataand case studies, hence, this paper has interpreted the process of getting outof poverty as livelihood diversification using social network and social capital,from survival to accumulation. Zenginlik sahibi insanlar büyüme stratejileri ilegeçim kaynaklarını çeşitlendirebilir. Fakat çoğunlukla herhangi bir topraksahibi olmayan, kayıt dışı ekonomik sektörlerde çalışan gündelik işçiler veya amelelikile uğraşan işçiler gibi yoksul insanlar, mevcut yoksulluğu azaltmastratejileri kapsamında geçim kaynaklarını iyileştirememektirler. Çeşitlisosyal sermaye, ilişki ve ağlar kullanarak bu insanlar her zaman aynı ekonomiksistemde geçim kaynaklarını çeşitlendirmek için fırsatlar aramaktalar. Geçimkaynaklarının çeşitliliği dinamiğine odaklanan bu çalışma, kentlerdeki yaşayan amelelikile uğraşan işçilerin günümüzdeki durumunun daha iyi analiz edilebileceğineodaklanmaktadır. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, Bangladeş’in başkenti Dakka’dayaşayan gündelik çalışan işçilerin yaşam stratejisinin daha dinamik yönlerineışık tutmaktır.
