AB  - Türkiye’nin Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi’nde yer alanŞırnak ilinde 2018-2019 yılları arasında Tarım ve Orman Bakanlığı, Doğa Korumave Milli Parklar Genel Müdürlüğü kontrolünde “Şırnak İlinin Karasal ve İç SuEkosistemleri Biyolojik Çeşitlilik ve Envanter İzleme Projesi” yapılmıştır. Buproje kapsamında yapılan arazi çalışmalarında toplanan Cousinia cinsine ait bazı örneklerin Türkiye’de bulunantaksonlardan farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir. Bu örneklerin detaylı vekarşılaştırmalı teşhisi ile Cousiniagigantosphaera Rech.f olduğu anlaşılmış veTürkiye’den (Şırnak, Beytüşşebap) ilk defa kayıt altına alınmıştır.

N2  - “Biodiversity and Inventory Monitoring Project for Terrestrial and InlandWater Ecosystems of Şırnak Province” was conducted between 2018-2019 under thecontrol of Republic of Turkey Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, DirectorateGeneral for Nature Conservation and National Parks in Şırnak Province locatedin the Southeastern Anatolia Region of Turkey. Within the scope of the projectsomeCosiniasamples were collected in the field and it wasdetermined that these samples differed from otherCousiniataxain Turkey. With detailed and comparative diagnosis of samples it is understoodthat these samples belong toCousinia gigantosphaeraRech.fspeciesand have been recorded for the first time (Şırnak, Beytüşşebap) inTurkey.
