Rutin antrenmanlara ek olarak, çalışma grubuna8 hafta boyunca haftada 2 gün, günde 30-35dk’lık pliometrik antrenman programıuygulandı. Kontrol grubu ise sadece rutin antrenman programına devam etti.Katılımcıların boy, kilo, beden kütle indeksi (BKI), sürat, çeviklik ve altekstremite kuvvetini test etmek için; 30m sürat, dikey sıçrama (DS, DSE),altıgen, 5-0-5, zig zag, T testi, durarak uzun atlama (DUA) testi ve bacakdinamometresi kullanıldı. Bulgular: Çalışma vekontrol grubunun ön test değerleri karşılaştırıldığında iki grup arasındaanlamlı fark bulunamadı (p>0,05). Gruplar kendi içinde karşılaştırıldığında,kontrol grubunun DSE ve DUA testi dışında her iki grubun son test değerlerindeanlamlı iyileşmeler tespit edildi (p<0,05). Her iki grubun son testdeğerleri karşılaştırıldığında ise gruplar arasında istatistiksel açıdananlamlı fark olduğu belirlendi (p<0,05).Sonuç: Çalışmamızsonucunda uygulanan pliometrik antrenmanın sporcularda belirlenen performansözelliklerini olumlu etkilediği ve performansın artışına katkı sağladığı ortayakonulmuş oldu. Sonuç olarak çocuklarda iyi programlanmış pliometrik antrenmanınrutin antrenman programına entegre edilerek kullanımının diğer kuvvetantrenmanlarına alternatif olacağı ve hızlı sonuçlar verebileceği kanaatinevarıldı. KW - Futbol KW - pliometrik egzersiz KW - kas kuvveti KW - güç KW - alt ekstremite N2 - Aim: Theaim of this study was to determine the effect of 8-week plyometric training onsprint, agility and strength of lower limp in 13-15 age group soccer players.Materialand Methods:A total of 28 certified players participated voluntarily in this study. Bothgroups took part in technical and tactical soccer training regularly for 3 daysa week. In addition to routine training, the experimental group underwentplyometric training for 8 weeks, 2 day per week, with a 30-35-minute session.The control group continued only routine training program. In order to testparticipators’ height, weight, body mass index (BMI), speed, agility, and lowerextremity strength; 30m sprint, vertical jump (CMJ, CMJA), hexagon, 5-0-5, zigzag, T test, standing broad jump (SBJ) test and leg dynamometer were used.Results:Comparingthe pre-test variables of both groups, there was no significant difference(p>0.05). Comparing posttest results of both groups within themselves,significant improvements were found (p<0.05), except the CMJA and SBJ testsin the control group. When the post tests results of both groups compared, asignificant difference was statistically determined (p<0.05).Conclusion: In thelight of the findings of the present study, it has been proven that the appliedplyometric training has positively affected the predetermined performancecharacteristics and has contributed to the improvement of the performance.Consequently, it has been decided that the usage of the routine program withthe integration of well-programed plyometric training would be an alternativeto other strength programs and would give faster results for children.
