Örgütlerin daha yenilikçiyani inovatif davranabilmeleri için örgüt kültürlerinin de yeniliğe açık veteşvik eder yapıda olması çok önemlidir. Bu çalışmada yenilikçi örgüt iklimininçalışanların işe adanmaları üzerinde olumlu etkisi olacağı öngörülmüş ve builişkiyi test etmek için Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren kurumsal şirketlerdegörev yapan beyaz yakalı çalışanlar üzerinde bir saha araştırmasıdüzenlenmiştir. İlgili saha araştırmasında203 kullanılabilir anket elde edilmiştir. Araştırmaya Araştırma sonuçları SPSS 20. ile analizedilmiştir. Çalışmada öncelikle yenilikçi örgüt iklimi ve işe adanma kavramlarıüzerinde durulmuş daha sonra da bu iki kavram arasındaki ilişkiyi inceleyensaha araştırmasına ait sonuçların analizlerine yer verilmiştir. Analizsonuçlarına göre hipotezlerde varsayıldığı gibi yenilikçi örgüt iklimiçalışanların işe adanma eğilimleri üzerinde pozitif etkiye sahip olduğugörülmüştür. In order for organizations to behave moreinnovative, it is very important that organizational cultures are open toinnovation and encouraging. In this study, the innovative organizationalclimate is predicted to have a positive impact work engagement of employees. Totest this relationship, a field research on white-collar employees who work incorporate companies operating in Turkey was arranged.203 usable questionnaireswere obtained in the relevant field research. The results of the research wereanalyzed with SPSS 20. In this study, firstly the concepts of innovativeorganizational climate and devotion to work are discussed, and then the resultsof the field research examining the relationship between these two concepts aregiven.
