AB  - Buçalışmanın amacı; çocuk mahkemeleri, çocuk cezaevleri ve ceza adaletsistemindeki diğer kuruluşlarda çalışan meslek elemanlarının suç mağduruçocukla gerçekleştireceği mülakatın nasıl olması gerektiğini tartışmaktır.Çalışma çocuk ceza adalet sisteminde çalışan meslek elemanlarının dahanitelikli mülakatlar gerçekleştirebilmeleri için onlara kılavuzluk etmeyihedeflenmektedir. Çocuk ceza adalet sisteminde çalışan meslek elemanlarıözellikle suç mağduru çocuklarla çalışırken mülakatta zorlanmaktadır. Bununnedeni ise konunun hassasiyeti ve çocuğun örselenmeden mülakatıngerçekleştirilmeye çalışılmasıdır. Bu çalışma “suç mağduru çocuklar ilesağlıklı mülakat nasıl gerçekleşmeli, mülakat yaparken nelere dikkat edilmeli?”sorularının cevabını aramaktadır.

N2  - Thepurpose of this study is to discuss how should the interview be conducted bythe professionals in the child courts, children’s prisons, and otherinstitutions under the criminal justice system, with children who are victimsof crime. This study aims at guiding the professionals who work under thejuveniles’ criminal justice system for realizing more qualified interviews. Theprofessionals under the juveniles’ criminal justice system have difficultieswith especially interviews in working with the children who are victims ofcrime. This is because the subject is sensitive and the interview must be donewithout giving any harm to the child. This study seeks for answers to thequestions such as “how healthy interviews could be conducted with children whoare victims of crime? What should be taken into consideration in makinginterviews?”
