AB  - Hastalığın yarattığı yeni durumahastalar farklı tepkiler gösterir ve hastaların gösterdikleri tepkilere bağlıolarak sağlık personelinin algısı değişir. Bu araştırma sağlık alanının önemlibir çalışanı olan hemşirelerin hastalarda problem olarak gördükleri alanlarıbelirlemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda iletişim ve etkileşimsorunlarının hemşireler tarafından en önemli sorun alanı olarak görüldüğübelirlenmiştir. Ayrıca hemşirelerin sosyo demografik özellikleri ile işyaşamına ilişkin özelliklerinin sorun algılarını değiştirdiği belirlenmiştir.

N2  - Patients give differentresponses to each of the new conditions that arethe results ofthe illness, and the perceptions of the health personnel changes in relation to these patient responses. This study aims to  determine the patients' problem areas from the view point of the nurses. Research results indicate that communication and interaction problems are the most important problem areas according to the nurses. In addition, however, the nurses' socio­demographic  characteristics and characteristics in relation to the working life have different  effects on problem perception.
