AB  - Bu yazının amacı, toplumsal yapının üzerine oturmuş olduğu yöneten-yönetilen ilişkisinin nasıl kurulmuş olabileceğine dair iki farklı yanıtı serimlemektir. Bu yanıtlardan biri, “toplum sözleşmesi” fikri; diğeri ise “köle-efendi çelişkisi”dir. ‘Toplum sözleşmesi’ fikrini savunanların gerekçelerini ve bu fikrin içermelerini gösterebilmek için J.J. Rousseau’nun görüşleri; ‘köle-efendi çelişkisi’ni savunanların gerekçelerini ve bu düşüncenin içermelerini gösterebilmek için de F. Nietzsche’nin görüşleri ele alınmıştır

N2  - The aim of this paper is to expose two different answers to the  question how the relation –which is the base of the societal structurebetween administrator and the administrated is constituted. One of these  answers is the idea of “social contract”; and the other is “lord-bondage  contradiction”. To expose the justifications of the defenders of the idea of  “social contract” and to show the implications of this idea, the view of  J.J. Rousseau is examined; to expose the justifications of the defenders of  “lord-bondage contradiction” and to show the implications of this view,  the view of F. Nietzsche is examined.
