At the end of the study, growth rate, blood parameters and NBT (Nitro blue tetrazolium) level of rainbow trout were determined. Feed Conversion Ratios (FCR) of groups were determined as macerated: 1.12, cold press: 1.53, control: 1.11. Statistically significant differences were found in red blood cell (RBC), hemoglobin (HGB), hematocrit (HCT), white blood cell (WBC), platelet (PLT) values (p<0.05).
