Çevrimiçi iletişim alanınınsürekli değişmesi ve gelişmesi ruh sağlığı uzmanlarının çevrimiçi eğitimolanaklarına ulaşmalarını kolaylaştırmış, terapötik müdahaleler içinbilgisayarların kullanımını arttırmıştır. İnternet tabanlı sağlanan terapötikmüdahalelere baktığımızda yüz yüze terapide olduğu gibi, internet tabanlıterapötik müdahaleler de farklı formatlarda sağlanabilir. Özel tasarlanmış websayfaları, kendi kendine yardım materyalleri, robot yazılımlar, sanaluygulamalar ve çeşitli koşullarda e-posta, görüntülü konuşmalar ve telefonyoluyla sağlanan terapist destekli çevrimiçi psikoterapi uygulamaları, internettabanlı Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) için kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışmadainternet tabanlı BDT uygulamalarının Anksiyete Bozukluklarındaki (ToplumsalKaygı Bozukluğu, Panik Bozukluğu/Agorafobi, Yaygın Kaygı Bozukluğu ve ÖzgülFobi) müdahale yöntemleri, etik prensipleri ve uygulama etkililiği, avantaj vedezavantajları ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda araştırma kapsamında internettabanlı bilişsel davranışçı psikoterapi uygulamaları ile geleneksel yüz yüzeBDT müdahaleleri karşılaştırılmıştır. Yapılan derleme; internet tabanlıbilişsel davranışçı psikoterapi uygulamalarının sosyal anksiyete bozukluğunun,panik bozukluğunun (agorafobili veya agorafobisiz), yaygın kaygı bozukluğununve özgül fobinin tedavisinde kullanımının giderek arttığını göstermiştir.Anksiyete bozukluklarının tedavisinde internet tabanlı, terapist destekli BDTuygulamaları ve terapist destekli grup uygulamaları; geleneksel yüz yüzeterapilerin son dönem alternatifi olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan buderlemede, kanıta dayalı internet tabanlı BDT müdahalelerinin, psikolojikhizmet alamayan birçok kişiye erişilebilir olması, düşük maliyetli, etkili vekabul edilebilir yenilikçi bir yöntem olması sebebiyle dünyada hızla yayılmapotansiyeline sahip olduğu görülmüştür. The continuous change and development of the area of onlinecommunication has made it easier to access online training opportunities formental health professionals, increased the use of computers for therapeuticinterventions. When we look to the internet-based therapeutic interventions,they can also be provided in different formats, as well as in face-to-facetherapy. Web pages, self-help materials, robotic-softwares,virtual-applications and therapist-assisted online psychotherapy applicationsprovided via e-mail, video-calls and telephone in various conditions are usedfor Internet-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (iCBT). In this study,intervention methods, ethical principles and effectiveness of iCBTinterventions effectiveness and pros and cons are discussed in AnxietyDisorders (Social Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder/Agoraphobia, GeneralizedAnxiety Disorder, Specific Phobia). In this context, traditional face-to-faceCBT interventions and iCBT interventions are compared in the scope of theresearch. According to this review; iCBT applications, has shown a widespread increasingin the use of treatment of social anxiety disorder, panic disorder (with orwithout agoraphobia), anxiety disorder and specific phobia. Internet-based,therapist-assisted CBT applications and therapist-assisted group practices areconsidered to be the recent term alternative of traditional face-to-facetherapies in the treatment of anxiety disorders. In this review, evidence-basediCBT intervention, which is effective and acceptable an innovative method, hasthe potential to spread rapidly throughout the world because of beingaccessible to many people who cannot receive psychological services and beingcost effective.
