Bu süreçte işletmelerin tedarik zincirleri kapsamındada etik konuları yönetsel bir bütünlükte ele almaları gerekliliği ortayaçıkmıştır. Bu araştırmada, etik örgüt kültürünün etik tedarikçi seçimineetkileri incelenmektedir. Araştırmada Goebel vd. (2012) çalışmasındaki modeltemel alınmıştır. Yargısal örnekleme yöntemi ve e-posta yoluyla anket kullanılarakLinkedIn aracılığı ile tespit edilen 2000 satınalma çalışanı araştırmaya dâhiledilmiş olup; 165 kullanılabilir anket elde edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarınagöre, etik örgüt kültürünün, etik tedarik seçimi üzerinde pozitif yönde etkiliolduğu bulgusu elde edilmiştir. The requirement for the firms to handle ethical issues within aholistic managerial approach throughout their supply chains has emerged. Thisstudy focuses on the effects of ethical organizational culture on ethicalsupplier selection. This study is based on the model developed and tested byGoebel et al (2012). By judgmental sampling technique and online survey method2000 buying professionals subscribed in LinkedIn were included in the datacollection process and 165 usable surveys were collected.
