Thenurses were included in the study because of their need for high level oforganizational support and trust perception due to the nature of nursing profession.The sample of the study consisted of 452 nurses working in a universityhospital (N = 550) in the city center of Eskisehir. The research data werecollected by using the "Personal Information Form", "PerceivedOrganizational Support Scale", "Job Performance Scale" and"Trust Scale". The relationships between variables were analysed withfactor analysis, regression analysis and the sobel test. It was found thatperceived organizational support positively and significantly affected jobperformance and trust; trust had a partial mediating effect in thisrelationship.
