Bu açıdan bağlı çalışanlara sahip olmak örgütleriçin son derece önemli bir konudur. Bu çalışmada psikolojik sözleşme ihlalalgısı ve örgütsel güven değişkenlerinin örgütsel bağlılık üzerindeki aracılıkrolü araştırılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, örgütsel güvenin psikolojik sözleşmeihlal algısı ile örgütsel bağlılık ilişkisi üzerinde ve ayrıca psikolojik sözleşmeihlal algısının örgütsel güven ve örgütsel bağlılık ilişkisi üzerinde güçlü biraracılık ilişkisi olduğuna dair güçlü bulgular elde edilmiştir. In that respect, having committed employees is veryimportant subject for organizations. This study aims to explore the mediatingrole of both psychological contract breach and organizational trust onorganizational commitment. The results of the study show that organizationaltrust has a significant mediating role on the effect of psychological contractbreach on organizational commitment; and also, psychological contract breachhas a significant mediating role on the effect organizational trust onorganizational commitment.
