AB  - Sol ventrikül anevrizması miyokard infarktüsünden sonra gelişen en önemli komplikasyonlardan biri sayılmaktadır. Kalp yetmezliği, aritmi ve kardiyak kökenli trombo-emboliye neden olması açısından klinik yönden önem taşımaktadır. Olgu sunumumuzda bilgisayarlı tomografisinde saptanan posterior yerleşimli sol ventrikül anevrizması saptanan bir koroner arter hastalığı olgusu sunulmaktadır
