AB  - Bu çalışmayla öğrencilerin öğrenim gördükleri kurumdan memnuniyetderecelerinin kurumlarına olan bağlılığa etkisini ölçmek ve değerlendirilmekistenmiştir. Betimsel ve ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılarak gerçekleştirilenbu araştırma Ankara’daki bir vakıf üniversitesine bağlı Meslek Yüksekokulundaöğrenim gören toplam 651 üniversite öğrencisine uygulanmıştır. T-testi ileyapılan karşılaştırmada erkekler ile kadınlar arasında Öğrenci MemnuniyetÖlçeğinin; Fiziksel Özellikler, Destek Hizmetler ve İmaj alt boyutlarındaanlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. Memnuniyet ile Sadakat puan ortalamalarıaçısından 1. sınıf ve 2. Sınıf öğrenciler arasında anlamlı bir fark tespitedilmiştir. Öğrencilerin kurumlarına bağlılığına en az etki sağlayan OkulOrtamına Bağlılık ilişkisi alt boyutu iken, en fazla etkiyi Okul YönetimiBağlılık İlişkisi sağlamaktadır. Öğrenci Memnuniyeti,Okul Bağlılığı ve alt boyutlarının birbiriyle olan korelasyon değerlerinebakıldığında öğrenci memnuniyeti ve kurum bağlılığı arasında orta düzeydepozitif yönde bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bağımsız değişken olan öğrencimemnuniyetinin alt boyutlarının, bağımlı değişken öğrenci okul bağlılığının altboyutlarını yordama etkisini ölçmek için yapılan çoklu regresyon analizi sonucundaelde edilen sonuçlara göre; öğrenci memnuniyetinin alt boyut değişkenleri, okulöğretmen bağlılık ilişkisi toplam varyansının %25,9’ünü açıkladığı sonucunaulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlar ışığında getirilecek önerilerleöğrencilerin okul bağlılık düzeylerinin artmasına fayda sağlayacağıdüşünülmektedir.

N2  - In thisstudy, it was aimed to measure and evaluate the effect of the satisfactionlevels of students as to the institution where they are students over theirloyalty to their institutions. This descriptive and relational survey model wasapplied to a total of 651 university students studying at a vocational schoolof a foundation/private university in Ankara. In the comparison with T-test, inStudent Satisfaction Scale, a significant difference was found to exist betweenmen and women in terms of their Physical Characteristics, Support Servicesoffered and Image Perception. A significant difference was found betweenfreshmen and sophomore students in terms of their satisfaction and loyaltyscores. While their commitment to the school environment is regarded as thesub-dimension that provides the least impact on the loyalty of students totheir institutions, the School Administration seems to have the most influence.When the correlation values of Student Satisfaction, School Loyalty andsub-dimensions were altogether examined, a moderate positive relationship hasbeen found to exist between student satisfaction and institutional commitment.According to the results of multiple regression analysis, carried out tomeasure the effect of the sub-dimensions of student satisfaction, which isitself an independent variable, and also to anticipate the sub-dimensions ofstudent commitment, which is a dependent variable; sub-dimension variables ofstudent satisfaction, account for the 25.9% of the total variance of schoolteacher engagement relationship. In light of the results obtained in the study,it is thought that the suggestions here might contribute to an increase in theschool commitment levels of the students.
