AB  - Hemofagositik lenfohistiyositozis  HLH  nadir görülen fatal seyirli bir fenomendir. Hemofagositozla karakterize malign olmayan immün regülasyon bozukluğudur. T lenfositler ve makrofajların kontrol edilemeyen aktivasyonu ve inflamatuar sitokinlerin   İnterferon gama, interlökin-1, interlökin-6, tümör nekrozis faktör  gibi  aşırı üretimi vardır.
