Bu istasyonlardan aylık peryotlarla su örnekleri alınarak klorofil a ve toplam fosfor (TP) analizleri yapılmış, ayrıca seki diski derinliği ölçülmüştür. Çalışma alanının trofik statüsünün belirlenmesi için Carlson Trofik Durum İndeksi kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilere göre, Eğirdir Gölü’nün çalışılan bölgesi klorofil a açısından oligotrof, toplam fosfor ve seki diski derinliğine göre mezotrof; Kovada Kanalı TP miktarına göre hiperötrof, klorofil a miktarına göre mezotrof karakterdedir.
