AB  - Bu çalışmada Türkiye’deki en büyük balık çiftliklerinin birinden temin edilmiş levrek fileto örnekleri bir araya getirilerek poliklorlu dibenzo-p-dioksinler (PCDD’ler), poliklorlu dibenzo-p-furanlar (PCDF’ler), dioksin benzeri poliklorlu bifeniller (dl-PCB’ler) ve indikatör poliklorlu bifeniller (ind.PCB’ler) yönünden analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda balıkların toplam PCDD/F, dl-PCB ve ind. PCB konsantrasyonları sırasıyla 0.18 pg TEQ g-1 yaş ağırlık, 0.85 pg TEQ g-1 yaş ağırlık ve 3.68 ng g-1 yaş ağırlık olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen değerler Avrupa Birliği ve Ülkesel mevzuatlarda balıklar için tanımlanmış maksimum kalıntı limitlerinin altındadır
