AB  - Bu makale, kamu ve özel sektör arasındaki farklılıkları açıklamaya yönelik bir çalışmadır. Cevaplar kamu ve özel sektörde faaliyet gösteren 48 işletme yöneticisinden elde edilmiştir. Özellikle, a) iş özelliklerinin boyuttan; b) tepe yönetiminin liderlik tara; ve c) örgüte bağlılığı algılamada kamu ve özel sektör yöneticileri arasındaki önemli farktan bulmak için hipotezler formüle edildi. Sonuçlar ikinci hipotezi desteklemekte fakat birinci hipotez için kısmı destek sağlarken, üçüncü hipotezi desteklememektedir.
