AB  - Probiyotikler, uygun miktarda verildiğinde alıcının sağlığına yarar sağlayan canlı mikoorganizmalardır. Günümüzde sayıları giderek artan bilimsel araştırmalarda, probiyotiklerin bazı hastalıkların önlenmesinde, tedavisinde kullanılabileceğine işaret etmektedir. Bu derlemede, kanıta dayalı tıbbi uygulamalar ışığında, çocuklarda probiyotik kullanımı değerlendirilmiştir.

Increasing number of scientific research states thatprobiotics may be used in the prevention and treatment of certain diseases. Inthis review, probiotic use in children was evaluated in the light of evidencebased medical practices.
