AB  - Fransız siyasal sisteminin sağ-sol eksenli tarihi, neoliberalizmin egemenliğinin güçlendiği 1990’lı yıllardan sonra üçüncü bir önemli siyaset anlayışının eklemlenmesiyle mahiyetini değiştirmiştir. Ulusal Cephe ya da yeni adıyla Ulusal Birlik isimli siyasi parti, Fransa’da aşırı sağ anlayışının tek hatırı sayılır siyasi temsilcisidir. Sosyoekonomik ve küresel etkiler son yirmi yılda Fransa’nın siyasi ağırlık merkezini gözle görülür biçimde sağa kaydırmıştır. Sağ-sol eksenli siyasetin yerini, Fransız seçmenin bu son dönemde iyice yükselen Ulusal Birlik çizgisinin etkisiyle aşırı sağ, sağ ve sol eksenli siyasete bıraktığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Ulusal Birlik Partisi’nin Fransız siyasal hayatında üçüncü ve neredeyse sağ ve sol ile eşit bir unsur olarak ortaya çıktığına dair veriler aşırı sağın temsilcisi olan Ulusal Birlik Partisi’nin Fransız siyasal sistemindeki yerini artık kalıcı olarak edindiğine dair veriler ışığında ele alınacaktır.

N2  - The left-right oriented history of French political system has fundamentally changed after 1990s’ rising rule of neoliberalism, when there is a third political orientation opting into the political system. Nationalist Front, or more recently named as National Rally, is the only considerable representative of the Far Right political movement in France. Over the last two decades, socioeconomic and global effects have increasingly shifted French political center of gravity to the right. Therefore, left-Right axis politics have replaced with Left-Right-Far Right axis politics with the effect of the rising national unity line in the recent period. In this study, National Rally orientation as a third and almost an equal element of French political life next to the Left and Right will be presented and discussed by elaborating how the representative of the Far-Right, National Rally Party, has won its permanent place in the French political system.
