N2  - This study consists of three manufacturing firrns operating in Turkey. Toobtain information about Total Quality Management (TQM) practice, twomultinational and one national manufacturing fırms of approximateiy the same size(in terms of employees) in different industries were seîected fo r the study. A structuredinterview was conducted to examine the implementation of TQM in the seîectedorganisations. This study reports the findings from three organisations which haveintroduced TQM.
