AB  - Michael Ursinus’un Üsküp Milli Arşivinde KSB 64 numara ile kayıtlı, Manastır sicilleri arasında yer alan ve adına şikayet defteri dediği bir 18. yüzyıl belgesini konu edinen kitabı(1), bu makalenin yazılmasına sebep olmuştur. Sözünü ettiğimiz eser, yayınlanan defter vesilesiyle bu belgenin üretildiği bürokratik ortamı açıklayabilmek için 18. yüzyıl taşra yönetimine, özellikle eyalet yönetimine ilişkin bilgi ve değerlendirmeleri içeren bir giriş ile başlamaktadır (s.1-38).

N2  - This article is about the publishing and evaluation of the “Buyuruldiyât Defteri” of the provincial divan, by Michael Ursinus. We were aware of this defter from the eighteenth century, yet we had not seen other examples as such. This article puts forward a critical assessment of the book by Ursinus. In this context, we will revise our understanding of the eighteenth century.
