The survey covers employees working in 9 five star hospitality organizations which have been operating since 5 years or more in the Antalya region. In the study, management style and organizational applications, work-worker adaptations, socialization and self development, human relations and economic compensations were also found as the factors which affect job satisfaction of employees. The results of this study indicated that psychosocial factors are much more effective than economic factors on the job satisfaction of employees. It was also found that as organizational facilities provided for the workers are increased, job satisfaction of employees gets higher.
