The writing system consisting of ideograms, determinatives and syllabic writings are insufficient to convey the characteristics of Urartian language. Because this writing system was developed for Semitic Akkad, Assyrian and Babylon languages after Sumer originated ideograms. Another scientific congestion in terms of academics, researchers and students in Turkey is that a Turkish corpus of these inscriptions has not been created. EXMARaLDA can be evaluated as a digital program developed for multilingual researches and capable of versatile language analysis for the documentation and creation of a whole body of Urartian inscriptions. Thus, an important source of Archeology, Philology and Linguistics will be available. In addition, many unknown features of the Urartian language and it’s writing system could be understood by means of this program}, number={2}
