AB  - Farklı konsantrasyonlardaki genel dezenfektanların iki Haemophilussomnus suşu üzerindeki etkileri incelendi. % 0.078'lik fenolikbileşik, % 70'lik etil alkol ve iyodofordaki 10 ppm serbest iyot, 106CFU/ ml yoğunluğundaki organizmaları bir dakika içinde öldürdü.Kuaternar amonyum bileşiğinin 1 :50.000'lik dilusyonu ve '% 2 formali nher iki suşu 15 dakika içinde öldürdü. Test edilen koşullarda (pH.7,0: 20"C), dezenfektanların önerilen standart konsantrasyonlarınınH.somnus'u öldürmeye yeterli olduğu belirlendi.

N2  - The effect of comman disinfectants at the different concentrationson two Haernophilus strains was investigated. At an inoculumsize of 105 CFU/ml, 0.078% phenolic compound, 70% ethyl aleohaland 10 ppm free iodine in iodophor killed two strains within 1 min.Ouaternary ammonium compound (1 :50.000) and 2% formalin killedboth strains within 15 min. Recommended standard concentrationsof disinfecting agents were found adequate to destroy H.somnusunder the conditions we tested (pH. 7,0; 20°C).
