AB  - Kücük bir sürüde 7 koyunu etkileyen ve 3'ünün ölümüne nedenolan bir aktinobasillozis salgını belirlendi. Klinik olarak halsizlik, iştahsızlık,hafif ısı artışı, alt çenede şişlik ve deri üzerinde bulaşıkirin kalıntıları saptandı. Otopside, iç organlarda makroskopik bir !ezyongörülmedi, fakat alt çene derisi altında ve lenf yumrularında apseleşmeler görüldü. incelenen hayvanların irin, lenf yumrusu, karaciğer ve akciğerinden saf olarak Actinobacillus lignieresii izole edildi.

N2  - A limited outbreak of actinobacillosis occured in a smail flock ofsheep. The condition affected seven sheep and caused the deathof three. The chin regiOn was swollen and the chin skin was contaminatedwith pus. At necropsy, no gross lesions were observediri visceral organs, but abscess was detected in soft tissues of chinregion including subcutis and lymph nodes. Actinobacillus lignieresiiwas isolated from soft tissues of chin region, pus, liver and lung ofanimals investigated. This is the first report of actinobacillosis inst:ıeep due to A.lignieresii in Turkey.
