PCOS is associated with inflammatory diseases such as obesity, Type 2 DM, cardiovascular disease and insulin resistance. Studies have shown that monounsaturated fatty acids (omega 9), polyunsaturated fatty acids omega 3, vitamin D, vitamin E, curcumin, cinnamon, fennel and flaxseed supplements, high-protein diets and exercise can reduce the complications of PCOS and can be effective in the treatment of PCOS. .
