AB  - XX. yüzyılın ikinci yarısından itibaren bilimsel ilerlemenin doğasınıanlamaya ve açıklamaya yönelik birtakım tezler ileri sürülmüşse de halenbu tezler tartışılmaktadır. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmanın amacı bilimselilerlemenin doğasını anlamaya ve açıklamaya çalışmaktır. Bu maksatlaçalışmamızda öncelikle bilimsel ilerleme teorileri incelenmiş, daha sonraolanaklı bir yanıt geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır.

N2  - Some theses were put forwarded to understand and explain thenature of scientific progress, but still have been debated since the secondhalf of the twentieth century. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to try tounderstand and explain nature of scientific progress. For this purpose, inthis study, firstly it has been examined theory of scientific progress andthen it has been tried to developed a possible answer.
