AB  - Etkinlikler kısıtlı sayıda gün içerisinde düzenlenen ve hizmet çıktısı anında gözlenen organizasyonlardır. Dolayısıyla bu tip süreçler son derece özenli bir çalışma planı yapma ihtiyacını doğurmaktadır. Yüksek hizmet kalitesi kısıtlı süre içerisinde, sürdürülebilir halde sunulmalıdır. Hizmet kalitesi sağlama noktasında personellerin önemi diğer sektörlere nazaran daha kritiktir. Süreç boyunca herhangi bir aksama telafisi olmayan sonuçlar doğurabilmektedir. Bu çalışmada bir organizasyon firmasının aylık personel atama ve çizelgeleme çalışması yürütülmüştür. Kuruluş bu aylık periyot boyunca 6 adet farklı etkinlik için personel sağlayacaktır. Farklı etkinlikler farklı görevler dolayısıyla da farklı uzmanlıklar barındırmaktadır. Personellerin doğru işlere atanması tüm etkinliklerin sürdürülebilirliği açısından hayati öneme sahiptir. Atama ve çizelgesi yapılacak 57 adet personel 7 farklı etkinlik puanına ve 2 farklı niteliğe sahiptir. Etkinliklerde bulunan görevler için de hizmet kalitesi sağlanması amacıyla, minimum puanlar ve bazı nitelik talebi belirlenmiştir. Ek olarak, çalışma boyunca günümüzde tüm dünyada etkinliğini sürdüren pandemi virüsü de dikkate alınarak sağlık açısından riskli personeller düşünülmüş ve pandemi virüsünün bulaşmasına ortam hazırlayabilecek görevlere söz konusu personeller atanmamıştır. Böylece hizmet sürdürülebilirliği mümkün olduğunca önemsenmiştir. Çalışma hedefi olarak personellerden doğan maliyet enazlanması ve yetkinlik ençoklanması belirlenmiştir. Tüm bunların dikkate alınarak hazırlanan matematiksel model ILOG CPLEX programı ile çözülmüştür.

N2  - Events are organizations that are held in a limited number of days and whose service output is observed instantly. Therefore, such processes create the need for an extremely careful work plan. High service quality should be provided in a limited time and in a sustainable form. The importance of staff in providing service quality is more critical than in other sectors. Throughout the process, any disruption can produce non-compensated results. In this study, a monthly staff assignment and scheduling study of an organization firm were carried out. The organization will provide staff for 6 different events during this monthly period. Different activities have different specialties due to different tasks. The assignment of staff to the right jobs is vital for the sustainability of all events. 57 staff to be appointed and scheduled have 7 different activity points and 2 different qualifications. In order to ensure service quality for the tasks involved in the activities, minimum scores and some qualification requests were determined.Based, taking into account the pandemic virus that continues to be effective all over the world today, health-risk staff were considered during the study, and the said staff were not assigned to the tasks that could prepare the environment for the transmission of the pandemic virus. Thus, service sustainability was considered as important as possible. Minimization of costs arising from staff expense and maximization of competence have been determined as work goals. The mathematical model prepared by taking all these into account was solved with the ILOG CPLEX program.
