N2  - In intertextuality method method a writer composes a new text by gatheringeither other authors' different texts or his own. According to the method every text hasimpressions of previous ones. These impressions are carried into literary work in arather transformed way. Selim İleri, in his Kırık Deniz Kabukları, coherently bringsforth a new text by composing different writers' writings in which it is easy to see textsof Servet-i Fünun considerably take place. Selim İleri's work is mainly based on HalilVedat's life Halit Ziya Uşaklıgil's son.
